ASU Mountaineer Residence Hall

Complete turnkey site development scope including; clearing, erosion control, grading, site walls with stone veneer, water, sewer, storm drainage, bio retention pond, steam lines, curb, sidewalks w/ brick inlay, concrete paving, asphalt paving, & complete landscaping package. 

This Project required an accelerated building pad schedule so that the residence hall could be dried in by winter.  Neill Grading provided the equipment and manpower necessary to meet the demanding schedule and earned an early completion bonus in doing so.
