As a Fee Developer, Neill can take an owner's land and assist in the identification and acquisition for development. All elements of the development process are managed on behalf of the owner, including but not limited to concept development, feasibility analysis, and project construction and execution.

Development Consulting

As consultants, we work well with clients and other developers who wish to take a more active and involved role in the development process of land development. Many clients we work with have prior experience in development, but consult with Neill's team for our expertise on an as needed basis to advise on all development matters.
