Everything Attachments
We have gone vertical at Everything Attachments n Conover, NC! Downs Construction and Steel Erection has started installing the steel structure for the new 105,000 square foot expansion. We cannot wait to continue production on this project. With the addition of the structure, Everything Attachments will be able to add 147 new jobs in their five-year development plan.
Waterbean Coffee
We are excited to announce that the Waterbean Coffee upfit is complete and they will be opening their doors on February 4th. First established in Cornelius, NC in 2013 Waterbean Coffee will now have 10 locations with the opening of the Startown Road Store. This is now the second location in Hickory, NC with the original located on N Center St. Waterbean Coffee specializes in unique and innovated drinks and will have a small food menu. Martin Marietta
Progress is continuing at Martin Marietta Materials! Our crews are back moving dirt as the snow has melted away. We love being able to work with other local companies in the area!
