Preston Ridge Commercial Building
We are happy to announce that we have signed three businesses to move into the Preston Ridge Commercial Building.
Waterbean Coffee was founded by local Tony Vo and his wife Annie after discussing what is needed for the perfect cup of coffee. With multiple locations in the Charlotte metro area, we are happy to be able to provide a location for them to open up shop back in their hometown. This is no ordinary coffee house, they provide decadent pastries, specialty coffees and teas, as well as beer and wine! We are se excited to welcome Waterbean Coffee to Preston Ridge! Stay tunes for more details and updates to come.
Next, we would like to welcome fantastic Sams Cut & Color to Preston Ridge Commercial! The first Fantastic Sams opened in 1974 in Memphis Tennessee with the goal of creating an affordable salon experience that is accessible to everyone. Today they are one of the largest full-service hair care salons across America.
Finally, we would like to give a warm welcome to Molly Malone's Boutique who will also be moving into the Preston Ridge Commercial Building! Molly Malone's Boutique was founded in 2005 and they have five locations in Hickory, Mooresville, Concord, Huntersville and Statesville.

Welcome Elliott Roberson!
We would like to Welcome Elliot Roberson to the Neill Grading and Construction family.
Elliott will be joining the Neill team as the Project Manager for the new Aviation Walk. Previously, Roberson has experience leading construction inspection crews and assisting in document control for NCDOT projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture from Virginia Tech and has been certified in OSHA 10 and several NCDOT Certifications. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, playing golf and serving in their home church.
