Joining the Office

We are happy to announce that Gannon Berg will be moving up to become the newest Project Manager in our building division. Gannon joined the Neill team in June of 2018 as a foreman. Most recently he oversaw the construction of the Preston Ridge Apartments on Startown Road. As a Project Manager, Gannon will be overseeing the building process of different construction projects. Berg has been working in the construction industry since 1993 and has his own general contractors license. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, attending his kids sporting events and playing tennis.

Crate and Barrel

The Neill team is wrapping things up at the new Crate and Barrel facility in Newton, North Carolina. The project began in September of 2020 with Choate Construction. Over the last 8 months, 600,000 cubic yards of dirt was moved across the 60-acre lot for the new 750,000 sq. ft. building. The Neill team was responsible for providing turnkey site work including the grading and all utilities. This has been a great opportunity to help expand the economic development of Catawba County.
